Karson was a great agent/insurance advisor to work with when my family and I were looking for a different bundled homeowners and auto insurance provider. He was incredibly responsive and able to provide multiple quotes, along with sound advice to help me better understand the right choice for coverage. At a time when many homeowners face limited options due to insurers no longer providing coverage for California residents I felt a sense of security working with Kwan insurance.

I met Karson at a car event and after my initial conversation appreciated his expertise in automotive insurance. I had 4 cars insured with AAA and was unsatisfied with the inconsistent agent contacts available to help me navigate and optimize my insurance coverages.
After formally meeting with Karson and going over all my coverages, I have move not only my auto coverages but also home and umbrella coverages. I now consider Karson as part of my financial planning team. I couldn't be any happier I made the move.

I called Kwan Insurance Services for the first time 2 weeks ago to inquire about getting insurance for a new house after my current insurance company of over 30 years declined to offer new coverage. Kwan provided what I needed within hours, at a very competitive rate. Kwan was responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. They provided the necessary to my mortgage broker to make my purchase as smooth as possible. In an era of major insurance services cutback, Kwan is a pleasant exception.

Karson was amazing to work with. Super fast to respond on all platforms (calls, emails, texts) and extremely thorough. He helped me find home insurance that saved me hundreds of dollars compared to my previous policy. I also switched my auto insurance to him, and he clearly explained the discounts available. By bundling, he was able to lower my overall costs even more. Excellent service and great savings!
