Reached out on a Friday, sent link same day, I filled out application over the weekend, got quotes the following (for auto, home & umbrella) Tuesday. They told me upfront that my rates were likely the best already, but they still helped me out. The umbrella was inherited from a previous broker who had been non reponsive - and I asked if the policy could be switched over. They were able to do so in 24 hours. I am beyond relieved to find competent agents who took time to answer all my questions before even gaining my business. Thank you!
