We needed new home insurance after our previous insurer issued a notice of non-renewal (a lot of providers are pulling out of California right now due to wildfire risk).
Karson managed to find us a policy without CA FAIR fallback, was very responsive throughout the process, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The process was fast (just a few days turnaround time) and easy.
We're looking forward to having a local insurance agent we can rely on when we have concerns rather than having to navigate the insurance bureaucracy ourselves.
